By registering with Virgin Galactic you consent to Virgin Galactic sending you information (electronically or otherwise) about Virgin Galactic’s products and services provided that Virgin Galactic does this in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found at www.virgingalactic.com and these terms and conditions. The nature of the Site

The Site provides information about a business venture being undertaken by Virgin Galactic, LLC. In many areas it sets out the possible services and products that Virgin Galactic, LLC may produce in the future. The services and products to be provided by Virgin Galactic, LLC will almost certainly change over time. The nature of the business venture being undertaken by Virgin Galactic, LLC is that Virgin Galactic, LLC is developing space tourism vehicles based on an experimental prototype.
